Anupama is Director of YAI in the USA & Canada. She is a co-founder of The Heritage School – one of the largest and best progressive education schools in the country for more than a decade. The school follows the experiential model of learning and has yoga and meditation as an integral part of its pedagogy.

She recently founded Conscient Football, pioneering the youth development programs for football in India in collaboration with FC Barcelona.

A Grandmaster of Transformational Yoga and Meditation, she is now working to design yoga programs for children/youth, to help them learn to relax and de-stress and be more successful at school and in life.
